A: Yes, we recommend a short consultation before every new tattoo. It helps us discuss your idea, size, placement, and details. Consultations are free for small projects and required for larger designs.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We work mainly by appointment, but you can always reach us online to schedule your visit. Walk-ins are only possible if there’s an available time slot.

Q: How much does a tattoo cost?
A: Our minimum setup fee is CHF 200. The hourly rate is CHF 200, unchanged since 2021. The final price depends on size, placement, and detail. During your consultation, we can provide a clear estimate.
Q: Can I bring my own design?
A: Of course! We can work with your design idea or create a custom artwork inspired by it. Every tattoo is personalized to fit your skin and body flow.
Q: How long does a tattoo take to heal?
A: Healing usually takes around 2–4 weeks, depending on your skin, lifestyle, and aftercare. The tattoo will continue to settle and look its best after a few months.
Q: Do you do touch-ups?
A: Yes. A free touch-up is available within 6 weeks after your tattoo session. After that period, touch-ups are charged due to material and setup costs.
Aftercare & Products
Q: How should I care for my new tattoo?
A: We’ll give you full written aftercare instructions after your session. In short: keep it clean, moisturized, and avoid direct sunlight, soaking, or scratching during healing.
Q: Do you sell aftercare products?
A: Yes! We offer a selection of professional aftercare products we personally use and trust — including tattoo balm, cleanser, film, and soaking pads. You can buy them directly in the studio or order them from our trusted supplier Tattoo-Needs.ch
Q: What if my tattoo gets red, swollen, or itchy?
A: Mild redness and itching are normal. Keep the tattoo clean, apply aftercare products as advised, and avoid scratching. If you notice strong swelling, pain, or discharge, contact us or a healthcare professional.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and is deducted from the final price. It helps secure your date and covers preparation time. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your session.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: You can pay in cash, TWINT, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payments are accepted in CHF only.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A: Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows result in a lost deposit.
