Before you book a tattoo, pay a deposit, or purchase any product at the studio, please take a moment to read this information carefully.
It’s meant to protect both of us — your rights as a client, and our time and professional commitment as your artist.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Studio Purchases)
At NKINK, all services and products are offered directly in the studio.
There is no online delivery or shipping — every item or service is either picked up or performed in person.
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase made in-studio (for example, a product or a gift voucher physically bought and not yet used) within 14 days, as long as:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. The withdrawal request is made in writing within 14 days after purchase.

2. Tattoo Bookings, Deposits & Services
Tattoo bookings, design fees, and prepaid sessions are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Once your deposit is paid and a date is confirmed, preparation for your tattoo begins — this includes design work, reserved studio time, and materials.
Because of that, the following rules apply (as stated in our Terms & Conditions)
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, you lose your entire prepaid session value or deposit. If you reschedule or cancel within 7 days before your appointment, a 100 CHF administration fee applies. A deposit is always linked to one specific project and is not transferable to another person or new design.
Tattooing is a personalized artistic service — once design work or tattooing has started, withdrawal or refund is not possible.
3. Free Control Appointment (Mandatory)
Every tattoo at NKINK includes one free control appointment about 5–6 weeks after your tattoo session.
This visit allows me to:
Check how your skin has healed Evaluate the ink and details Offer a small touch-up if needed
If you do not return for this free control within the given time frame, any later touch-up will be considered a new paid session.
This ensures I can maintain the same high standard of healed results for every tattoo.
4. Product Purchases in Studio
If you buy any product (e.g. aftercare cream, NKINK merchandise, or a physical gift voucher) directly in the studio:
You may return it within 14 days, provided it is unused, unopened, and in perfect condition. Returns are only accepted in person at the studio. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., creams) and personalized or limited edition items are non-returnable.

6. Change of Mind or Rescheduling
I fully understand that life happens and plans can change.
However, tattooing is an intensive process that requires commitment from both sides.
That’s why every change, cancellation, or rescheduling follows our Terms & Conditions, which ensure fairness for both artist and client.
