We provide a time and price estimate upon booking. Please note that fixed prices cannot be guaranteed as the final cost may vary based on the final design, size, body part, skin condition, and pain tolerance.
Design Approval:
You will review and approve your custom design before the tattooing process begins.
Free Daily Consultation Slots (Short Meetings)
Purpose
For quick discussions or initial project reviews only (does not include design work or documentation). To ensure a successful and safe project, we require a structured consultation process.

Availability
Three pre-booked 15-minute slots daily: 11:30 – 11:45, 15:00 – 15:15 and 18:45 – 19:00.
NKINK New Project Consultation
Purpose
To ensure a successful and safe project, we require a structured consultation process

1-hour – 60 min session for CHF 100
Includes
Completion of required studio documentation (including signing the Terms & Conditions and Health Declaration), detailed price estimate, review of studio policies, before-tattoo preparation, aftercare instructions, payment system, and touch-up procedures.

Credit Policy
The CHF 100 consultation fee can be credited toward a tattoo booked within six (6) months of signing the contract.

Payment
Fee must be paid at the end of the meeting. This fee is for delivered professional work and cannot be used as a deposit.
NKINK Tattoo Credit – Gift Vouchers
Validity
Valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
Usage:
Can be used as full or partial payment, including as a deposit.
Expiration
Expired vouchers can be reissued for an administration fee of CHF 100.
Booking, Payments & Studio Policies
Booking & Deposits
A deposit of 30% of the estimated session value (minimum CHF 100) is required for every booking.
The deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total tattoo price on the final session.
Preferred Payment Method: Cash, to avoid processing fees.
Other Payments: Bank transfer (full prepayment required 1 week prior) or TWINT/PayPal (client covers transaction fees).
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Fees
Administration Fee: Any change, rescheduling, or cancellation less than one (1) week before the session incurs a fixed administration fee of CHF 100.
Within 7 days: Minimum CHF 100 or 10% of prepaid amount (whichever is higher) retained.
Within 48 hours: Minimum CHF 100 or 30% of booked session value (or full prepaid amount, whichever is higher) retained.
Same-day or No-Show: Entire prepayment is forfeited.
Late Arrival: The original booked time will still be charged, even if the session is shortened.
Credit Validity: Consultation/design credits become invalid upon cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to appear. Unused credits expire after six (6) months.
Hygiene, Safety & Client Responsibility
Age & Consent
Documentation: All clients must sign a release consent form before and after the tattooing process.
Minimum Age: Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Tattooing of individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited.
Health Disclosure: It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect the process. The studio reserves the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons.
Aftercare: Clients receive detailed verbal and written aftercare instructions and agree to follow them to minimize infection risks.
Products: Aftercare products are available for purchase at the studio; free aftercare items are no longer provided due to increasing allergic reactions.
